Using the Platform
Giving Truly allows you to send digital gift cards or donate to the Giving Truly Fund. When a gift card is delivered, the purchase is considered final. Giving Truly is not responsible for how the recipient chooses to use the gift card.
Delivery of Gift Cards
Gift cards are delivered to the email, phone number, or social handle you provide. Please make sure the information is accurate. Giving Truly cannot be responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect recipient details.
Donations to the Giving Truly Fund
All donations to the Giving Truly Fund support people in need, including individuals, patients, caregivers, and households of every kind. Your donation is used to provide meals, groceries, rides and essential care through our nonprofit partners. Donations cannot be refunded. Our tax status is being finalized and we will update donors as soon as it is complete.
Service Fees
Some purchases may include a small service fee used to operate and maintain the Giving Truly platform. Any fee will be clearly shown during checkout.
Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate information when using the platform. We only collect information needed to process your gift or donation. We do not sell your information.
Partners
We work with trusted brands such as DoorDash, Instacart, Uber, and Lyft. Once a gift card is purchased from a partner, their terms and policies apply.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these terms as Giving Truly grows. Updates will be posted here. Continued use means you accept the revised terms.
